Irina is a guitarist, composer, bandleader and educator, based in Cologne, Germany. Her work is defined by stylistic diversity, blending elements of jazz, rock, funk, and blues. As both a session musician and leader of her own project, IRINA’s Quartet, she explores a dynamic and expressive sound world where improvisation and groove meet compositional depth. As an educator, she helps her students discover their own voice within this rich and diverse musical landscape.
